Actually, this is a salient point. Bernstein may not be a cancer in the clubhouse, but he is most assuredly metastasis at the microphone. The whole station needs to be flushed out and dialed back to Year 1.

It will happen one day. Has to be when they get a new PD and GM. This current group is either scared of change or content in letting this culture exist. If they wanted change, it would have happened by now.

Right now management is fine with the money the station brings in. Could it be more with change? Sure. If they hire the right people. But they're satisfied with their margins and fear that change might bring less and then they're gone.

I think it's better if Bernstein is Sandusky, Terry is Paterno, drink and Goff are the red head and Larry is Dottie. The listeners are the rape victims. Mitch and Zim are the bosses that have no power over Bernstein.
