So that's the Illini's new slogan.
I'll say this about the "Chicago's Big Ten Team" thing...it's really got the Illini's undergarments in a bunch. And that's a good thing...it's starting to be a fun little rivalry. Coaches refusing to say the other school's name, players kneeing each other in the balls, "Sweet Home Chicago" being played in Memorial Stadium...Bring it on!

I don't think Chicagoland overwhelmingly cares for either team. This is like watching A/V geeks fight over who gets to date the cheerleader.
