The traditional names are considered exotic these days. Every ethnic Irish person several generations removed from the old sod feels the need to reconnect with their roots by using last names as first names. There are multiple Aiden and Liams in every class. Then you have the mothers you look to assert their familial strength by naming the kid their maiden name. I usually cause an uproar among the coffee clatches when I don't join in with the "what a great name" for each new birth in the neighborhood.

Camden is a future dickhead's name but I would expect nothing less from a shitkicker trying to make it in the big city. Parker, Hunter, Griffen and Collins won't speak a peep about him on the playgrounds at North Shore Country Day.
