We all have our biases, both conscious and subconscious, that impact the way we treat others. It hinders individual growth to deny it exists rather than attempt to recognize and eliminate it.

We've gone over that here before. Anyone can have prejudices- and all of us do- but racism is the belief that one race is inherently superior to another. In the United States of America only people of one race could possibly hold such a belief and have that belief mean anything at all.

I agree there are certain subcultures where blacks can be racist, the NBA being the most obvious. That's the thing about racism, after awhile even the victims being to accept/believe it. All you have to do is listen from 1 to 6 for proof.
