I haven't listened to these guys in over a week - for a reason, and I come on this evening and hear more Penn State talk with Quad Cities Pat offering his expertise on the issue. I honestly figured it would have let up by now. Bernstein is still so impassioned about this story...unusually impassioned.

The sad part is it now seems that Bernstein is actually rooting for the story to get worse like this is some sort of "Tim Tebow sucks at football and only idiots think otherwise" story.

That's how it comes off to me as well. It's almost as if he hopes that Second Mile was actually nothing but a sex "farm" operated so rich benefactors from around the world- but mostly from evil Pennsylvania- could come pick boys from a lineup like the ones at the Chicken Ranch before doing a business deal with Paterno.
