According to ESPNChicago.com's Bruce Levine, the White Sox will place CF Alejandro De Aza on the 15-day DL before tonight's second of three with the Yankees due to back stiffness and an injured oblique. OF Jordan Danks, who was originally supposed to be recalled September 1st when rosters expand, will be called up to take De Aza's roster spot.

What does De Aza's loss mean? It means RV continues to put journeyman #28 Dewayne Wise, Columbia, SC in the leadoff spot or he puts #15 Gordon Beckham, Atlanta, GA in the top spot until De Aza returns. Those are your leadoff options.
