I've never been a big fantasy sports guy but I'm guessing you'd rather see a division title, at least, then win your fantasy league for one season, right? Unless its a pretty damn big purse to the winner.

I joined a league this year with an $1,800 first place. Biggest purse I've ever had for a fantasy league. Would love to take that home!

Yeah something like that is what I'm talking about. If it was like $100-200 or whatever for first then I don't really care and would rather see my real team win. If its gonna knock out a couple months rent or something than I can live the Cub fan life and wait til next year. But that's one of the reasons I don't like playing fantasy sports. I don't like even semi-rooting for players from division rivals.

I never said I wanted the Tigers to do good. I just said it would be bad for my fantasy team. The Sox need to win the Division, ALCS, and WS. Fuck just the division, they have just as good a shot as anybody to win the whole thing
