In the saved facades that used to be Maxwell Street. Try this one on for size: The Maxwell Street Omelette- polish sausage, pork chops, grilled onions and cheese. Good stuff. I would have expected the hashbrowns to be better.

As far as hashbrowns... from the Pancake Pantry in Nashville. Some of the best hashbrowns I have ever had.

I like the O'Brien potatoes at The Lincoln, little diced chunks of potato with onions and green peppers cooked in it.

I always liked that their dishes are named after civil war-era battles, forts, etc, like the Merrimack, an omelette with diced ham, peppers and cheddar, The Monitor, with spinach, tomatoes, and swiss, and The McCracken, which was actually just a big pile of shit on a plate with a parsley sprig and an orange wedge.
