Its not that hard

Build up your velocity early
Strike guys out
Points go up
Rinse and Repeat

Should only take a year and a half or so to be a decent MLB starter

When I got home after work I decided to go back to my pitcher RTTS after a few blue moons... I threw 3 complete games in a row drunk and have a 4 game win streak... If that's not a win I don't know what is...

RTTS pitching feels easier as you only need to time yourself. You just pitch over and over for a nice long stretch. Hitting you get an AB, maybe field a few plays, hit, repeat a few times and then wait for the game to finish and then load the next one. Hard to get a groove like that.
