Well, the Sox got 5 months of good steroid AJ. Wouldn't be in first without steroid AJ. So you can be mad at him for missing the final month, he is an ass hole. But the Sox might hang on for the division because he did this.

Now they're off the hook for resigning him. Cuz he's gonna be clean and suck next year.

Mac hasnt spent much time on it.

Its a big gossip story in Chicago sports this week. If a show host has four hours to kill and doesnt discuss it, he should probably re-evaluate his programming material.

Anyways, MLB said its a non story. So its a non story. AJ has been proven innocent of these ridiculous charges.

Ya. There is a 4 to 6 week appeal period when the b sample gets tested and it's not supposed to go public during that time. Braun failed both samples and appealed the process so that is how his went public. I think when manny failed the first time the test was in spring training and he played a month or so before the announcement.

This. This is also why there hasn't been any news on Prince/Verlander yet. This is also exactly what happened with Melky, as you mentioned.

And notice, MLB didn't say "AJ did not fail a test." They just said "AJ will not be suspended." My guess is something happened, but his appeal was won or his B sample passed.
