Urlacher will have his right leg amputated during the bye week; Lovie will tell the media that he fully expects "Brian to start the next game."
Hub will predict the Bears to win and lose the same game--and probably in the same sentence.
Peanut Tillman will continue to be the best ball-puncher in the NFL. Terry's Peeps will be jealous.
Jay Cutler will pull the plug on his show with Waddle & Silvy by week 11.
Laurence Holmes will mention Lance Briggs' affinity for comic books at least 50 times before the bye week.

Everything after the Urlacher comment probably will happen.

Funny, TM.

I'm getting a bad feeling. It's gonna go bad. People will blame Jay and I'll be sad. The Bears will say they tried getting a qb and it didn't work. They will spend the next 15 years as they have the past 15 with a rotating pile of ass. I think they are in trouble. They will be inconsistent too.

Don't worry my friends that might be good. When I expect them to be bad they are usually good.

To win $1000 on the over you have to lay $625,000.

So far, so good, but I think my numbers for Kellen Davis may be a little too high.....I think I'll just combine the stats for all of the TE's......he went to Davis twice, I believe, and hit Kyle Adams for 16 yds on one pass.

6000 yds would have been good for 11th in the NFL last year

That's not my point.

The Bears best offensive season (in terms of yardage) was 1995, when they combined for 5,768 (3838 passing and 1930 rushing). I am saying that the Bears this year will break that record by over 500 yards (I have them going for 6300).

Not really. Eleven teams did it last year, and five of them didn't make the playoffs.

And zero were named the Chicago Bears.

I think this offense will be the best the Bears have had in quite a few years. I just think some of spmack's estimates are a bit off (Cutler yards, Davis yards, Bennett receptions)

Yeah, Davis may not hit 50 catches....but let's see if Cutler tries to go to him a few times in the next game.

Bears are on pace for 5,336 yards.

They'll be back. Cutler will throw for 300, and Bush and Co will run for 160.

Stafford threw for 355 against STL in Week 1.

If its not, you can just root for the Vikings.

Gotta step it up to get to 6000. If the line doesn't get it together pretty soon my Campbell - 900 yards prediction had a shot.
