im not a big "moment of silence" guy for anything. i mean, i do it out of respect for others and i dont talk during them or anything, but i remember back plenty on 9/11 and other important events on my own. ive always thought the moment of silence stuff at the beginning of a ballgame or something was kind of contrived. "ok everyone, all together now..........on the count of three.........remember 9/11....................NOW!...............................thank you very much. that was great. now lets all have a great time!"
