Doesnt anybody over there have a fucking job to go to everyday? Seems like theres never a shortage of people who have nothing better to do in the middle of the day than to go assault the US embassy in whatever country we are pissing off at the moment. Go to work / school. Do something constructive. Maybe find a way to create fission so you can build your own fucking bombs and maybe harass the US one day in that manner.

In your opinion, IMU, what is wrong with what he said?

Actually, I think those "protesters" should be in the SHOUTOUT section for their bang up job of murdering that ambassador! Great job, fellas!

You seem to have that one locked up already, fuckstache. I take that as a compliment coming from someone who has such enlightened views of Israel.

Neither.

The "protesters" in the Middle East are protesting the US, which had nothing to do with the film that was made (other than the creator living here.)

The protesters on the picket line are protesting for what they feel is unfair wages/treatment.

Neither see the "big picture" as it were; and hence, neither makes any sense to me.

That's not too terribly bad at all ...

Anyway ... doesn't somebody have to pay for killing an ambassador? I mean, really? Just a case of 'well, them's the breaks'? I mean, let's say Egypt storms the Russian or Chinese embassy and kills their head honcho .... I have to think something somewhat demonstrative would be done, no? Maybe it's on its way as I type, I guess we'll see.

Right now, in this very city, we have people who actually have jobs not going to them to protest the impact of test scores in their job evaluations.

And badrogue has stated he is totally cool with that.

No one sees the hypocrisy in that besides me?

What makes more sense?

Protesting what you view as direct attacks against things you strongly believe in...things that define you as a person?

OR

Protesting to fight for your right to do a shit job at your place of employment and not get fired for it?

What a stupid fucking analogy.

And no, I did not misread a single word this time.

No, the analogy makes perfect sense. I'm sorry that it puts things a little too into perspective for you.

And I'm sorry that you have no regard for human life. I don't think you realize what a piece of shit you sound like right now. But self-awareness has never been one of your strengths.

Are we comparing the teachers strike to the storming of an embassy and killing of a US ambassador? Or have I been dipping into the admiral nelson too heavily...

I guess you misread the OP. so much for your perfect analogy. He specifically mentions the US Embassy.

But even if he wasn't, go read up on the difference between labor strikes and violent protests. Apparently you need the education.

 @ admiral Nelson aka ghetto captain morgan

Don't pay any mind to IMU. He's being his usual deranged, attention whoring self. The OP clearly states that rogue was talking about the protestors who attacked our embassy. IMU thinks murder is equivalent to a labor strike.

FavreFan can't grasp that even when fully sober...but Hank, you're a smart guy. Read badrogue's original post again.

It essentially comes down to him douchebagging protesting in general in other parts of the world, but it is all gravy here in the United States.

Better to say the things that need to be said and sound like a piece of shit then to actually live life like a piece of shit.

Truths hurt. You'll mend.

Rogue didn't vaguely bring up protesting. You're pretty fucking dumb for someone who likes to call others dumb. You're trying to attack my intelligence in the exact same post where you look silly as hell because you completely misread or were unable to comprehend the OP.

Should probably stop playing the condescending asshole role. It's a bad role for smart guys. It's an especially silly role for ignorant guys like yourself.

No, it doesn't. Not remotely.

You might as well be trying to compare apples to the manufacture of a trolley wheel in southern San Francisco in the late 30s that ended up being the undoing of an entire city block except for the odd chance of a rabid squirrel crossing the street at the right time.

These protesters want to be "heard". Nobody listens if you do it peacefully.
They are aware of the media cameras on them, the instant news of the 21 Century,so they do something like attacking embassy's and murdering innocent ( if CIA agents can ever be innocent) Americans. The thing is how do you attack a small group of thugs? Not with warships. A lot of those people had nothing to do with the murders. Hopefully those assholes get found and executed.

Now the U.S. government is cracking down on free speech to appease Muslims:

Not really. Apparently you haven't read the same religion thread. If you had, and comprehended any of it, you would know that ive defended muslims as much as anyone here.

But these protestors have no validity. They are protesting an entity that had nothing to do with the action that offended them and sparked these protests/riots. On top of that, many of them turned violent. And still, the very entity they are protesting(the US, mainly the US government) is considering taking their side and investigating this filmmaker.

On the other hand, the teachers union is protesting the entity that is "offending" them. They are not being violent. They certainly haven't killed four people that had nothing to do with the conflict. The worst thing they did is say Rahm likes Nickelback.

Reread this thread. You're the only one who's being the dipshit pudwhack here. Everyone else clearly sees how stupid your attempted analogy was.

Interviewing him/taking him into custody due to parole violations isn't quite the same as turning him over to the violent Muslims. (Although, I'd be SORELY tempted to do so.)

IMU, you've lost, give it up. Your comparison is so far off base, it ain't even funny.

Why the fuck would you be "sorely tempted to do so?" Do you think he doesn't have the right to his free speech? And they aren't really investigating a parole violation. He certainly hasn't violated his parole, at least in spirit. This is flat out pandering to savagery.

these protestors are ignorant goat-fuckers being manipulated by local imams, etc trying to build a fundamentalist political base. I don't think they would know the difference between a Youtube and a test tube. They probably don't know where the US is on a map.
