Yes, I believe they would. Lovie is a good coach. I think Harbaugh has proven himself to be a great coach on three different levels of play.

I want them to fire Lovie, but I don't trust them to hire somebody good. It seems like a crapshoot when hiring coaches. At least Lovie isn't a BAD coach. In Chicago, that's good enough to keep him around for life perhaps.

Lovie pulls under-handed, selfish shit like leaving his aging stars in a meaningless end of season game just to pad his win percentage and buffer future resume.

It was so blatant, and it is complete bullshit.

Why the fuck does Charles Tillman play on special teams???

Yup. The Bears could have hired Harbaugh if the wanted to. I told everyone here that Harbaugh would be the next great head football coach in the NFL, & nearly every CSFMB knucklehead claimed that College head football coaches cant coach in the NFL, & Harbaugh is just a dumb meatball. Wrong!
Harbaugh was exactly the kind of coach the Bears needed & he would have been here for a long long time.

In fairness to the "knuckleheads", most college coaches in the past 10 years who have jumped to the NFL have been failures. It isn't an outlandish thought.
