Just be glad there was 2 outs when Youk came up or he'd have put the bunt on

CPGuy, rooting for a choke is a no win proposition.

If it doesn't happen you're mad....if it does you get nothing more than a heartless chuckle

I might be old school but the way I understand things is Cubs fans hate the Sox and vice versa.

Is that not politically correct anymore in this 15 trillion dollar debt ridden country??

That's a 15-3 record for the Sox when Speeps is in the building.

Hopefully Sunday is the clincher.

I'm old school, like many guys here. I don't like bernstein. Or men of low character.

I want the White Sox to lose to spite The Score and their hamfisted, fanboy-style imaging. I'll have numerous heartless chuckles at their expense.

The White Sox lineup looks like this vs. Cleveland's Corey Kluber:

30 Alejandro De Aza CF (L)
20 Kevin Youkilis 3B (R)

12 A.J. Pierzynski C (L)
24 Dayan Viciedo LF (R)
10 Alexei Ramirez SS (R)
15 Gordon Beckham 2B (R)
Starting Pitcher: 58 Francisco Liriano (LHP; 6-11, 5.24 ERA)

The Indians vs. Liriano with changes in BOLD:

17 Shin Soo-Choo RF (L)
22 Jason Kipnis 2B (L)
13 Asdrubal Cabrera SS (S)
41 Carlos Santana C (S)
4 Russ Canzler 1B (R)
7 Matt LaPorta DH (R)
1 Brent Lillibridge 3B (R)
36 Thomas Neal LF (R)

12 Ezequeil Carrera CF (L)
Starting Pitcher: 28 Corey Kluber (RHP; 1-4, 5.36 ERA)

I don't know about that, KS, but a quality start from Liriano would be ideal. Even though Gavin Floyd pitched well enough to win Sunday in Anaheim, I think RV's still looking for a #3, maybe a solid #4 should the White Sox need it for the AL Division Series. I feel there's still a degree of uncertainty beyond Chris Sale & Jake Peavy as far as who RV has faith in.

Speaking of Peavy, he'll toe the rubber Thursday vs. the Rays at U.S. Cellular Field. RV announced this morning that Hector Santiago spot starts tomorrow night vs. the Indians instead.

I hope. Easiest way to do that is score early and/or often.

Walks to Alejandro De Aza & Adam Dunn in the bottom 1st. Nothing to show for it.

Meanwhile, Russ Canzler(?) has homered...1-0 Cleveland Top 2nd.

If Francisco Liriano pitches one more White Sox game, it'll be too soon. Man, what the hell has happened to this guy?
