I wouldn't mind it if the Bucks went on another run. Milwaukee as an NBA market is on life support. That you can go to the same old Bradley Center for a Marquette game and pay less money to have more fun has rendered the Bucks all but meaningless.

Milwaukee isn't really a big enough city to have actual sports teams. Should just go the minor league route and contract the Brewers and Bucks.

Once upon a time, the Bucks actually mattered up in Milwaukee...a long, long time ago. These days, not so much.

Ok, we're done being friends. You were right all along Hawger.

:bounce:

that lineup is nauseating. hopefully they wind up in the lottery.

It's the same lineup they would have unless Rose was in there. They will probably still win 45ish games, and end up with a 4th-5th seed. Besides the Heat, nobody in the East is poised to make any kind of serious run. Here's how I see the East ranked:

1. Miami
2. Indiana
3. Boston
4. Nets
5. Bulls
6. 76ers
7. Knicks
8. Hawks

There's no one who was in the lottery last season besides the Nets that is any threat to make the playoffs. Orlando is the obvious choice to tumble to the bottom of the conference, and everyone else should stay in mediocrity.

So far, my thinking is that the Knicks will finish above the Nets. The Sixers may finish ahead of the Bulls too. But I'm not sure the Nets will.

Where's the Bucks?

Honestly, 4-8th will probably be a crapshoot. This is just how I feel going into this season. People have been high on the Knicks for a year and a half now, and they have done nothing. I don't see them getting any better then they currently are. They might get a 6th seed, but I don't see them ever breaking the top 4. I probably picked the Nets to round out the Top 4 because they are a team everyone is excited about seeing. This might be the year the Hawks fall into the lottery, and maybe a team like Milwaukee or Detroit sneak in, but I doubt it.

Phil, where did we all go wrong?

 I actually dig Milwaukee. It's better than Indianapolis!

So tallest midget huh, and not like the Tall Midget here.

Discuss.

I wouldn't go that far, but I could see them winning 55.

I can't. 50 would be overachieving.

They won 42 last year, in a shortened season. That projects to 52 wins in a full season. With the Bulls sinking a bit in the division, I don't think it's out of the question for them to win 55 games.

I think their youth, depth, and defense led to the. Overachieving in a shortened season. I don't think they are a 55 win team. I wouldn't say it's out of the question, but I'd be very surprised.
