Sandusky, as a felon, still has rights. If somebody rapes him in jail, he has the right to seek justice against the guy(s) who did that to him.

I'm not putting Sanduksy on a pedestal or anything. He is a monster, and deserves to spend of the rest of his life behind bars. I do not think he deserves to be burned alive or have his fingers chopped off 1 by 1.

For the record, the sentence length doesn't matter at this point because, let's face it, dude's gonna die in prison in the next 5-10 years anyway. He may even get raped in the ass by some dude with a broom handle while in the showers. Maybe then he will understand the pain he inflicted on these kids. The idea that he should be executed is ignorant at this point.

It's not like they're trying to rehabilitate him. It's not like he is going to see daylight from outside prison walls.
