Wow. What a dogfood Sunday of football. Dal @Bal, NYG @SF, and GB @Hou are the only interesting games.

Wow, how is the NFC Championship re-match not shown over MIN/DC? I'll never understand TV execs.

With Minnesota being tied with Bears for first, the execs usually will usually go with divisional opponents first.

Doesn't matter to me, because I've generally been watching Red Zone during non-Bears games anyway.

FOX Sports bills the second game of their doubleheader as "America's Game of the Week", Kirkwood. While Giants/49ers looks like a doozy in San Francisco, Bears' fans might want to watch that Vikings/Redskins' game. That's because Minnesota might be a first place team by themselves in the NFC North if they win that game at FedEx Field.

Speaking of which, NBC Sports is doing the same thing for Packers/Texans. They're billing that "Sunday Night Football" game in Houston as "America's Game of the Week", too. Huh?

Look, that Vikings/Redskins' game isn't chopped liver Sunday. That's an important game, especially in the Bears' own division.

Nobody is knocking that game, SHARK. spmack said you just re-wrote his post. Which you did, and have done before.

So. No bite.

That's fine. If there's any issues I might have, FOX Sports has always regionalized their NFL coverage for our area and they always stick with the game we get assigned, while CBS Sports will give the hook in the event of a blowout.

That's all right. If there are any issues that I might have, FOX Sports has always focused their NFL coverage for the Chicago area. They always continue to show the game scheduled to be shown to the Chicago market. Conversely, CBS will change to a more compelling game in the event that the originally broadcast game is no longer competitive.

Chicago market is getting Detroit @ Philly instead of Dallas @ Baltimore. I updated the changes.

"NFL on FOX's" Kenny Albert, Daryl "Moose" Johnston & Tony Siragusa have that game, according to the506.com.

Truth be told, that's a smart call, considering that's also who the Bears face on "Monday Night Football" October 22nd on ESPN and on WCIU 26 The U. "U" can thank ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" for 'CIU getting the game locally.

It's also the first game of a SCORE tripleheader via Dial Global Radio Network, too.

You know if I were an OC my game plan would consist of just "everyone go long" and have my qb just chuck it down the field every play. You cant even breathe on these fucking receivers without getting flagged. Its a real joke trying to play pass D anymore. GB / Texan game is perfect example.
