Because you all can't get enough of the Butt Rock guys?

I'm perfectly fine with this. Although it's gonna suck because Tyra won't be getting me a refill on my beer during halftime.

I will continue to not give a shit. Prince is the only good act of the past 15 years. You need an irrelevant halftime show anyway since the game is like 7 hours long.

Im guessing most fans of lmfao are also beyonce fans. I dont think the first two posts here were lamenting the fact that lmfao wont be back.

I bet it brings in a few more female viewers, which isn't a horrible thing. Maybe a few of you fellers can turn that into a positive situation for yourself.

U2 after the 9-11 attacks was pretty good.

Most would agree with you. I just dont like U2, so I didnt care much for it. I dont even particularly like Prince, but he was pretty damn good. Maybe Im just a sucker for Jimi covers.

Maybe they should show human torture during halftime.

You can't give that kind of entertainment and joy away for free.

Beyonce?

KEEP IT.

I'll continue holding out hope for a good In Living Color half-time special, in the event that they can't get it back on air I will just watch YouTube videos of 'Men on Film'.

Considering the fact CBS is carrying Super Bowl XLVII, you'd think they're steer clear of potential wardrobe malfunctions in the wake of the Janet Jackson/Justin Timberlake fiasco down in Houston.

The NFL dropped the ball badly with the pick of Madonna last year in Indianapolis when it should've been John Mellencamp, an Indiana native. I think they dropped the ball in Arlington, TX with the selection of the Black Eyed Peas at Halftime 2 years ago, too.

Those were two of the absolute WORST performances of ANYTHING I have ever witnessed in my life. Awful, suicide inducing, disgusting, terrible....it was truly embarassing. If I didn't that these "artists" were getting a fat fucking check for ruining the Super Bowl I would actually feel bad for them having to do such horrendous things.

A pox on them.

Beyonce is yesterday's papers. If you feel going with a female artist again is the way to widen your demo, might I suggest the most exiting, newsworthy, international-headline-grabbing female act of this year? I speak, of course, of Pussy Riot.

Either way, yes, yes they did.

Who else, SHARK, could build a city with Rock and Roll? Hmmm? Everyone else uses concrete and cheap imported illegal labor.

This year's super bowl is in New Orleans. Why not do a Treme themed halftime show? I might actually tune in for that.
