C'mon man. No matter how mouthy she gets, you can't punch her.

You realize she also spit on him, which beside being battery, while he was driving the bus which couldve resulted in him swerving into oncoming traffic or causing an accident. At that point shes a menace to the safety and welfare of not only the bus driver but everyone else on the bus and anyone who happened to near the bus in traffic or on the street. So he had every right to eliminate the potential safety hazard which he did with extreme prejudice. Hell of a chin on that broad though. That she could even get back up after that Tysonesque uppercut is a miracle.

Cosmo Kramer: The bus is outta control. So I grab him by the collar, I take him out of the seat, I get behind the wheel, and now I'm driving the bus.
Jerry: Wow.
George Costanza: You're Batman.
Cosmo Kramer: Yeah, yeah, I am Batman. Then the mugger, he comes to and he starts choking me. So I'm fighting him off with one hand and I kept driving the bus with the other, ya know. Then I managed to open up the door and I kicked him out the door, ya know, with my foot, ya know, at the next stop.
Jerry: You kept making all the stops?
Cosmo Kramer: Well, people kept ringing the bell!

He punched her,
Grabbed her by her hair and threw her off the bus,
Choked her,
Hit her some more,
And then some more.

Even as people were telling him to stop because she is a female.

Yeah, I;m thinking he went a little overboard.

Yeah, you're right. Beating the shit out of a woman is an appropriate response to her spitting on you.

We did. I wouldn't let my brother get a piece until i was done, but I basically smashed his face and wrapped his own shirt around his neck to choke him. Then i handed him off to my younger brother, who booted him in the head and spit a huge goober on his face.

He never touched or even mentioned my sister again, and we became pretty good friends after that.

This seems like a very reasonable reaction.

It was until he used "I" instead of "me" in the third sentence.

I think it was 4th grade. I had my new matching Bulls sweatshirt and sweatpants. A girl pushed me off the bus. A huge hole ripped in my sweatpants when I landed in the rocks. I was furious. Turned around and punched her in the mouth. Her mom came into school the next day. The teacher said there was nothing the school could do since it happened off school grounds. Don't think my parents ever found it.

/end JORR story time
