The whole bill thing can be a little tricky. I'm not big on doing couples things so that is rare for me. I don't mind doing the Panther thing if I am out with my friends and it isn't a "cold tower appetizer" type of night.

Why is spaulding spending time on this question? I cannot remember a woman EVER taking a check in a mixed group dynamic at dinner and I'm sure she polishes off a bottle of scotch after bringing a sixer of skunked lite to a house party.

We went with another couple to a friends house Saturday. 6 adults 6 kids. I was told to bring drinks. I brought a 12 pk of fall beer, a 6pk of cider, a bottle of wine, and a pack of Capri sun. The 12 pk was gone, I had 2 ciders and somebody else tried one, the wine was not opened. It wasn't about money or what I brought. It was me sitting around at 10 last night thinking, man I wish I had those 3 ciders or bottle of wine.

I do not eat pizza so I brought my dinner. My husband and son were at hockey and came later. They had to bring another pizza because the hostess under ordered. No biggie. They are always more than generous and have sponsored me many times. I got the feeling they were being cautious with the pizzas though. Again something I was just thinking about while being sad I had no booze last night.



Hey listen you little dick with ears, I can pick up the check. I spend that money my husband makes like there is no tomorrow! You and your people are known for going to the bathroom when that check is coming.

I think I read somewhere that if you aren't successful after the first couple of times then you need to find a different program.
