That throw by the Baylor QB may be the worst and stupidest throw I have ever seen

The way it's going so far, Notre Dame is smiling and possibly the SEC, if Stanford does something.

K-State down 14 in mid 3rd and Oregon having it's touhg game of the season.

Notre Dame may need two losses ahead of them. With the way that USC and now possibly Oklahoma are shitting the bed, being #2 may not be good enough by the time the winner of the SEC championship is decided.

So assuming KState loses, you think there is a chance Oregon could be 1 and Notre Dame could be undefeated and still not get the 2 spot?

No they'd be #2 tomorrow for sure, but Bama and UGA would be 3-4, right?

I'm saying even after a win over (unranked) USC next week, the winner of the SEC championship will get a HUGE SOS boost by beating the 3rd or 4th ranked team, right? And ND sits idle while the SEC championship is being played.

Just nervous thoughts.

USC will get their swagger back and knock off ND next week so you don't have to worry.

Their #2 Qb better have a lot of swagger then because Barkley is not playing.

You don't even watch college football. Shouldn't you be watching laid off truck truck drivers dry-humping each other in swimsuits right now?

Yep. He had a few hot sales that would have prevented me from getting over there at a decent time. I would have basically had leave straight from my last store to go play cards. Didn't think I would be able to do that so I decided a few days out that it would be best to come home.

I even got the OK to go play cards as well.

Not sure what to root for here in this OT. Part of me wants Stanford to win, but another part of me would rather see ND face Oregon in the title game rather than an SEC team.

ND vs Georgia for the title would be weird. ND vs Florida would be unwatchable for me. ND vs Bama would be ideal.

ND has all the pressure now but without Barkley I can't see USC handing them a loss.

The scary part is.......as far as Bama is concerned, it's almost like last week's loss to A&M didn't happen.

Crap. :?

After USC beats ND next week (Even though I'm not a ND fan I hope this doesn't happen), the all SEC title games is going to be great.

Oregon will slide up in that case I'd reckon, as long as they beat Oregon State. Georgia will have lost, LSU and A&M already have two losses. Florida could jump everyone, I suppose, and if they beat Florida State at Doak they might have an argument, but I still think voters would break for Oregon over Florida.

November 2012 is the best month of college football I can remember, maybe since November/December 2007.

Then again, as I think about it, there will be quite a bit of "you didn't even win your division!" pushback, assuming Stanford defeats UCLA (which is no sure thing).

Actually, as I think about it, ND is probably the most deserving team as the second team, even if they lose to USC. I doubt that will happen though.

This.

If Oregon doesn't win the Pac-12 crown, the national title game contenders should be ND, the SEC champ, and K-State. Simple as that.

2 weeks left, about 8 teams can make this thing.

I would agree Oregon would need to win the Pac 12, and here could be the problem with Championship games, we could get Stanford-UCLA back to back weeks if Stanford wins or Oregon loses this weekend.

Oregon needs Notre dame to lose to USC, or have FLorida lose to Florida State and Georgia/Alabama lose this weekend and win the next weekend.

The cleanest one, is have Notre Dame win Saturday along with Georgia/Alabama, then Notre Dame plays the Georgia/Alabama winner.

Of all this, we could have another All-SEC title game, if Florida wins and Notre Dame loses.

Also Tennesee fired Dooley.

Wouldn't be suprised if Cal fired Tedford.

The U has decided for the 2nd straight year to not go to a bowl because of the ongoing NCAA investigation

Also if they beat Duke, they will not go to the Acc title game either.

So Saturday will be the last game for Miami.

Can you believe how lucky ND is? They've had 11 consecutive "good match ups" for their defense.
