Hello - sorry I've been out of the loop for a sec but something tells me most of you haven't missed me... but whatever.

Let's go through the formals:

* I'm just now beginning to think about the Bear again. That Super Bowl loss really hurt. It was for the taking - the Colt aren't anything special.

* As a Cub fan, I'm not laughing at the White Stocking's downfall. Who cares we have our own issues. However, it's amazing the difference of the fan base now compared to a short 12 months ago.

I was checking out Chicagosports.com after the Cub 5 - 4 victory over the Texas Ranger when the "Sammy Sosa Through the Years" link caught my eye.

I was flipping through the photos of the Cub all-time most prolific hitter when I immediately perked to my tickle when I saw our very own neighborhood corner tavern stud, H. Tienowitz over the shoulder of S. Sosa (photo 11 of 18 ).

You have the rule down incorrectly, no fat jokes unless the person is fatter than you. It's an old Steve Dahl rule that allowed him to make fun of Eddie Schwartz.
