That is great, wonderful news, but it doesn't rule out a neck injury.

Maybe somebody should Tweet Laurence or ZZ to ask Mr. Jay about his neck and if he got an MRI on it recently.

Good news is he said he doesn't have any symptoms (although he did admit he wouldn't tell the press if he did :lol:

). Other good news is that he is at least participating in things this week, and will be trying to practice while monitored closely. On his show on Monday he made it pretty obvious he wasn't a part of any sort of team activities (gameplans, meetings, etc) last week.

There's a good chance he did have some xrays or MRI done on his neck because of the way his head hit the ground when he suffered the concussion.

But that really is a stretch to say they thought he might have a career threatening injury.

If our press wasn't made up of a bunch of nincompoops I'd say this would have been out by a reliable reporter. But we don't have a reliable reporter.

I believe Qbovis actually heard this and perhaps he has reason to believe the source was reliable. But the source probably was just wildly speculating.

And I know people where the Bears regularly get their xrays and such.

They do have to sign so many confidentiality agreements it's unbelievable but understandable.

The only reason I even know the Bears go there is 2 players were in there when I got some foot xrays.
