Well KS, I'm the wrong guy to talk to when it comes to groupthink. I don't subscribe to it. I'm IMU's most vocal supporter, which doesn't put me in a very popular place. And my Panther allegiance got me caught in the crossfire many times. I don't think CGS is an asswipe because of anyone else's opinion. She is because she is.

As much as it pains me to say this, this is probably the best way to view things around here. I try to do this most times, but I know I don't always follow through on that as some people just know how to press certain buttons around here.

I know Steve irritates people here and he has said several things that cross the line, but back a couple years ago he sent me a PM about something that was actually very helpful to me at the time. So I try to remember that, that even the jerks around here are just people who have both good and bad sides.

I used to be on Panther's ignore list, but we have gotten past that and I just try to let him do his thing and stay out of his way.

Now cubbiegirl is a tough one as she annoys the ever living shit out of me....so I am still working on seeing the good side of that one...
