This ignorant fuck is up at all hours of the day on his cell phone outside his apartment building which is next to my window. The stupid fuck is out there today at 6am and last Monday night was out there at 330 am talking. He also routinely has Parties on week nights and they take a "smoke" break like clock work every hour for about twenty minutes. Also the girls he has out there with him look like some of the strung out polish strippers beardown is fond of.

Its not his building. It the building across from us. There is a fence that divides the properties. In fact I found out by calling the cops one night, the fence is actually the dividing line between two suburbs. So after calling two different police departments no one would come out. Well the second apartment said they would but didn't.

What if you were to go over there during a reasonable hour, in a non-confrontational manner, and let him know that people can hear him at all hours. Maybe offer a beer? It could certainly go horribly, but calling the cops on a "disturbance" deal will only lead to people fucking with each other.

I am trying to figure out what is wrong with this story. Hey conns, have you ever thought that maybe our polish friend here to talking to somebody back home?? They are 6 hours ahead. So 3am our time is 9am their time. Maybe he was telling his mom how much he missed her, or his papa how grand it is here in the good ol' US of A.

You live in an apartment complex of some sort. You have to accept noise of strangers, at all hours, as part of the deal. If you don't like it, go find a nice bungalow somewheres to live in peace and quiet.

It has been a real treat with this mild season we have had so far. The bikers and the guy across the way make for dulcet tones on an early Sunday morning with the windows open. Not to mention the 18 wheelers, trains, and bar noise. My favorite is the super-sized ambulance that parks outside my window about 2 or 3 times a month. The EMT's leave that sucker running and that big diesel motor just purrs for about 30 minutes each time.

Thank you. The board here is my internet presence. I do have a FB page, but I am rarely active on there. Did I mention the guy across the way has a very large bird he puts outside with him. Also, the ambulance always shows up after 2am and never takes away the person they check on. The first few times I didn't get what was going on. Now even the EMT's themselves are eyerolling their way into the persons place.
