It's early so you can never be too sure how this will play out. But I am ready to commit seppuku over the Liverpool start to the season.

what a weird start to this season. Chelsea in first? There's a lot more changes to come at the top. I still don't think Manchester U is for real anymore.

Yeah, COF, I can't believe it myself. Would not be surprised if Chelsea's stay in the top spot doesn't last much longer.

Not a great job by Newcastle. Everton got fucked two ways in that match. An absolute shame of officiating. Everton should have had two more goals that were CLEARLY goals. Fucking pathetic night.

Well, the first Liverpool home match since the revelations about the Thatcher government's and police coverup of the Hillsborough disaster is Sunday. And it's Man United. Suarez/Evra handshake drama oh my.

You can't keep a good hooligan down. I figured they'd lose but they played well for being down a man since the first half. The penalty United got was a clear dive on replay but I understand the plight of the refs.

No the ref was Mark Halsey.

So, the Captain, Leader, Legend of Chelsea got himself a 4 game suspension from the FA. Him and Suarez could form part of the spine of the all-Racist World XI.

Arsenal v Chelsea on Saturday morning. Thinks it's on ESPN2. Eden Hazard has been one of the best players in the early part of the season.

Man U loses to Tottenham. Everton beats South Hampton. Yes, Everton is currently alone in second and its not October yet. This is highly unusual for this squad. Jelavic on the mark today. Its unbelievable how well Fellaini has been playing since they got rid of Cahill. Really digging the squad this year. I think we have some staying power.

Fellaini is a beast but will they be able to keep him next season? Usually Everton shit the bed to start the year and then come on strong. Maybe it's a sign of good things. I'm all for other teams cracking the top 4 but I wonder if they have the squad depth to stay up with the big boys for the entire season.

And it's great when United lose. Clint Dempsey with the match winner.

A solid start for Palace finds them dead last in the Colaship on goal differential.

Somehow after losing their first three they've taken 19 out of their last 21 points, never winning by more than a goal. They also have cheerleaders with too much free time.

Saw an article in the Daily Mail that says that the EPL is talking about having a two-week winter break...Seems logical...Seems that they were the only European league that didn't do it.

No idea what going on with Crystal Palace. Another win today finds them in 3rd after they lost their manager, a club legend, to a team 15 places below them. I know Selhurst Park sucks, but sheesh.

Hey but now you have Ian Holloway who will grace you with his Bristol-accented candor and malapropisms. A very odd switch at this point in the season. I hope you all make it up. If they are still top 4-ish after ten more games I'd start feeling good if I was you.

Nice match on the Deuce today. 3-3 draw betwixt Fulham and Arsenal. The ref gave Arse a penalty in the 94th minute and Fulham saved it. I love a good Arsenal choke. I hope their season turns into a dumpster fire.

Losing to Leeds, fuck.

Anyway, AFC Wimbleton vs MK Dons in the FA Cup this weekend. I'd say there would be bad blood in the stands but since Wimbledon doesn't acknowledge MK exists I don't think any of their fans will be there

Big Manchester derby tomorrow morning at the Etihad. I'm sure Sir Alex will turtle up. 0-0 draw.

Well, I got that wrong. It turned out to be a goal filled game. United's in control of the league now.

Arsenal went with a first team squad and lost to a League 2 side in the League Cup.

Liverpool's only four points from 4th place with some winnable fixtures coming up.

Liverpool is gutless for only fining Luis Suarez for biting a Chelsea defender. This was not even a close call, where it could be argued that it was an accident.

Disappointing indeed.

I'm tired of this fuck. Sell his ass in the summer. Use the money to buy a new striker and a central defender. He'll get close to 10 matches from the FA, which will extend his ban into the start of next season.

For my son's tenth (10th) birthday, I will be taking him to the Chelsea - Manchester City exhibition tilt on May 23, 2013 at Busch Stadium. What are the chances that we will see any of the regulars? I say that the chances are probably poor.

I agree stoneroses, the chances of the regulars playing is probably pretty slim. I'm wondering if Rafa Benetiz will still be in charge. That is what I am curious.

Have to say, interesting selection of referee for this weekend's match between Chelsea and Swansea as Mark Clattenburg will be in charge of the match.
