The thing that irritates me the most is that guys repeatedly fuck up and keep their jobs. This goes on for years on end. Kellen Davis, Jamarcus Webb, and Hester are the prime example. Continued fuck ups. Over and over again. Yet they keep playing.

Thought you were talking about mgmt. If they had a replacement for Webb he would play. Drafting has been crape. Development has been crap. The players are who we thought they were. They sucked and cant help it.

This is what happens when you have on the job training for head coach, offensive coordinator, general manager etc. he'll, even sweaty teddy was a bean counter. at some point, the mcclaskeys are going to have to try someone with experience at these jobs, preferably with past success.

Lovie is the retard who kept telling the world that Hester is their number 1...kellen Davis has always sucked. One playoff appearance. In 5 years against the worst team in NFL history to make the playoffs, and this arrogant turd has all the job security in the world. Accountability with this regime? Ha! Never happen.

I never thought Lovie actually believed that though and said it publicly for other reasons. Wasn't his hand also forced a bit by Angelo, especially after the receiver based contract? Figured it was part edict to play and direct more focus on him in the offense, but was he really ever their #1 receiver from a targets or first option standpoint for most passing plays, being treated by Lovie AS a #1? Maybe he was, I don't remember play distribution stats from that long ago but don't recall him being used as one. And he always tries to do things like that in the media to get more out of players and get their expectations higher for themselves (how I've read it when he does) much like when they've said good things about others we knew were bad to publicly push them.
