OH MY GOD A HOCKEY THREAD I HAVEN'T DONE THIS IN AGES IT SEEMS LIKE

This sets up what you can call either respectable depth or a logjam:

Keith/Seabrook getting 28-30 minutes a night, but then
Hjalmarsson, Leddy, Oduya, Montador, Rozsival, Brookbank, Olsen

First off, Olsen is still green, as young stay-at-homers so often are, and can profit from more seasoning in Rockford. Okay, down to eight. From there, things get murky, because we don't know if Montador's ever coming back. Let's assume that he is not. That gives you Leddy or Oduya and Rozsival on the third pair, and Brookbank as your #7.

If Montador can still play, though, you have him on the third with Rozsival and Brookbank, which is probably a good move because Rosie is kind of old now and probably needs his minutes strictly allocated (see also: Jamal Mayers), but then you have a locked-up Johnny Oduya and team-controlled Nick Leddy vying for the puck-moving spot alongside the stay-at-home Hjalmarsson. Do you then cash in Leddy for more help on the second line? Or do you just carry eight defensemen, swinging Brookbank to fourth-line wing as necessary, and render all this moot?

And doesn't not having goaltending really render it all moot?

And doesn't the season probably being cancelled render that moot?

Eh, Olsen is the obvious man out unless they move Montador, which is unlikely with his contract unless somebody is trying to hit the cap floor.

Regarding shit goaltending, yeah - no good options at all with two backups on the roster, but lockout = none of this matters.
