Happy holidays to everybody. Funny, this is my first year seeig my family around this time since '08 and I find myself missing the time with a lot of my army buddies and wondering how a lot of them are hanging in there.

Of course there's a story. I just don't find it particularly interesting. But since you asked, about 25 years ago I played in a floor hockey league at Clemente High School. Our team was named the Saints and everyone on the team was Puerto Rican except for me. I'm not a very big guy but I was a giant on this fucking team. I was forced to be the guy who went in front of the net and mixed it up with big corn-fed motherfuckers from Palatine like Shakes. We represented Eckhart Park but almost all the other teams were suburban. Some dope from one of those teams saw us and said, "The Saints? It should be the Sharks, except they've got that one guy that looks like the big dummy from the Jets, Riff, no Diesel, that's it, it's the Sharks and Diesel!"
