Will the Bears hire the "hot" name now on Monday?

Or maybe his playcalling in a playoff game will come under consideration. 14 points scored by the offense. With Manning as your QB and calling for a run play on 3rd & 5 when you were up by 7. I say PASS.

Eh. He has a backup RB end up with ~100 yards rushing. Manning did a good job spreading the ball out considering his arm looked dead near the end of the game. The team scored 35 points in the game. I'm not judging McCoy on this game alone.

Yeah,your probably right. You have to look at his whole resume. Just like Lovie wasn't fired because his team went 10-6 this year.

None of the named candidates are that exciting to me. It is the whole reason I kept supporting Lovie because I feared we would get an unproven guy that is a bigger risk. At least with Lovie I knew we would be competitive. But alas, I guess you have to take a risk because Lovie didn't have enough upside.

I went down the lists of folks they interviewed, and sadly, I think that guy up in Canada has the best resume. Unfortunately, he seems like a big fish in a very small pond.
