This Bulls team without its one and two best best players beating the Lakers (so far). Imagine Jordan and Pippen missing a game back in the day. I think it show how good Thibs is. Also how bad this Lakers team is.

Sitting in my basement viewing the game log/stats. Kobe played 42 minutes. Shot poorly, gave a 5 dimes and lost, badly according to the final score. The last 3 minutes things got out of hand.

Nash had a better shooting percentage (he can pick his spots), only 6 assists in 36 minutes. I don't see how these two cannot work better together. I haven't seen more than a quarter of LAL this season with both players. It still boggles my mind they haven't figured out how to coexist and have that offense flowing so everyone is happy and working well.

I type all of that and realize they are the number 3 scoring offense in the league and simply suck at defense. They have a coach who doesn't focus on defense. They aren't going anywhere. Wow. What an incredible waste of talent.

LAL front office has a propensity to swing big and miss. They did again this year. Kobe must be one frustrated hombre.
