No hard drugs for me, Midge, gotta keep the mind limber. Just beer, herb, coffee, & cigarettes, and I'm a happy man.

No idea what Pax & Skiles are up to. Probably scratching their heads as to how Isiah got Randolph for 50 cents on the dollar.

What is the board opinion on Thabo? He looks like he's ready to blossom into a very good defender, but his ballhandling and shooting skills leave a lot to be desired. I have a tough time projecting a ceiling for him. Thoughts?

The talent & athleticism are both there, Midge. He just turned 23 and is still growing into his frame. I suspect he's been 6'6" for several years now, but has only recently crossed the 200 lbs mark. I'm hoping he becomes a bit more graceful once he settles into his body.

His jumpshot needs a lot of work, but I think he'll come around.

Is it for cap reasons the Bulls couldn't have made a move for Randolph?

I live in Wisconsin and I see more Bucks games then Bulls, so what are the chances of Yi ever playing for the Bucks? Will the Bucks trade him or can he refuse to play?

A pathetic attention whore of Rodman proportions. I have a feeling he will replace Duhon as the Bull most often seen partying at night. I wanted to jump through the TV screen and beat some sense into him during his ESPN interview. He was looking straight down and was slumped over.

I was really impressed with the intelligence of the players taken 1-8 this year. Then we get the attention whore trying desperately for someone to sign him to a promotional deal.

Here comes the newer, goofier looking, chest pounding, screaming at mid court Tyson Chandler! I will always not like him even if he wins games and is Rookie of the Year.

Going into the draft I didn't want Noah. But, there was nobody there at #9 that I would have rather taken.

I would have loved to have seen Wright or Yi drop to them. But they didn't. I was hoping for a Duhon and #9 for Yi type deal. I still think something is in the works. Hawes can't rebound at 7' in the Pac-10 and any other big guy would have been a reach at #9.

If they don't do anything major the rest of the offseason, I'll be disappointed with this but I prefer to wait until the dinner is served to rate the chef.

I'm also excited that the Bulls drafted Erin Gray. I've always been a big fan.

You think little Ricky Schroeder ever cut himself a slice of that backstage on the set of Silver Spoons?

Noah will be fine.

And the offseason just started last night. Free agency starts this weekend, sign & trades are 2 weeks away, etc, etc. Lots to do still.

At what? Surely you can't mean he'll be fine at playing basketball.

I don't know if that's good or bad - but he sure as hell better be healthy when the NBA season starts

I'm not pleased about this since the article doesn't say that he was cleared medically...I got the impression that he only received authorization to play on that particular team. I prefer at this point that he's in Chicago working out locally. If he's healthy, I don't think it will hurt much, but I'd rather have our doctors/trainers keeping any eye on it here.

A rotator cuff injury. They are going with the non-surgical route to this point. I doubt Paxson will allow (Don't think he can force Noah not to play in any games, but I'm sure he would pressure Noah) him to play in any off-season games that isn't approved by the medical staff.
