Well, board dynamics being what they are, i.e. Steve the reviled racist and Spaulding the darling little sister of CSFMB, it's gone largely unnoticed that Spaulding fired the first shot in response to Steve's rather innocuous- though admittedly inane- defense of the cheerleader.
My respect for Spaulding is such that I feel no need to stand up for her. Indeed, she requires no white knights, as she is as capable as any of us of eviscerating Steve's dumbass.
There are lots of people that don't like me but I don't think there is anybody here that doesn't like me more than they don't like Steve. There are several posters chosen for before me for things and there are several posters who will take the side of someone they like over mine even if they really agree with me. Thankfully, my self worth is not based on that or my looks.
Steve's posts have led me to make the judgement that he is racist, sexist, and shallow. While he may have done some good work as a police officer. Great he had the opportunity and he seemingly likes to tell people about how great he was. That's not humble, that's not doing the job, that's arrogance and pat myself on the back asshattery. I'm going to guess he also did some really poor work and used his power to be a bully. He was not always out there to serve and protect.
It'd be nice if he extended kindness to everybody not just those that have the "benefit" of the same bloodline or those he deems worthy. That's a big part of the problem with him. He thinks this is the way the board wants him. He's wrong. It's wants him to change or it wants him gone.
Anyway, I admittedly was trying to be a little pain in his ass but all I'm saying is I hate when he calls into W&S with these shitty thoughts and stories. No different from when you guys complain about 10 ft midget, the WYC crappers, and the DB ALSers. You put shitty thoughts on here or on the radio and you open yourself up to criticism. I did not open with "Fuck you, you racist, sexist, shallow, ugly, stupid, piece of shit.", although maybe I could have.
