That's a lot of money for a guy whose averages a 14-11 record. That's only 2 games better than John Danks.

Giving any pitcher that kind of money is just silly. He can only have an effect on 1 out of every 5 games. Just dumb.

I used to believe that but Ive gone back. A good pitcher, and even moreso a dominant one, is worth a lot.

The money is fine. The years are bad though. I agree with Jerry Reinsdorf's thoughts on pitchers.

The money sounds like a lot but when compared to other starters in the league, its pretty close to what you would expect.

I hope Seattle gets good. I like Felix. Id hate to see his career wasted. He's been like the non bust version of Dwight Gooden
