For the record, I was bagging on him for being a mic-sniffer.

He should be commended for helping out his aunt. I would do the same thing for my family.

Please explain to me what your definition of a Mic-sniffer would be? I met guys at the Score working at the station painting the hallways, offices and studios. I like sports a lot, so it was a natural for me to listen to the station once it came on air. I haven't gone to a lot of remotes, but I have attended some over the years and when guys asked me if I would be interested in contracting work at their homes I answered in the affirmative. What about any of that is out of the ordinary? I'm not afraid to express my opinion and enjoy discussing sports, so calling into the shows was something I didn't hesitate to do. I don't see anything wrong/odd about any of it.

I would say challenging someone to a bet to charity and then immediately going to Mac and sucking up to him about a donation before the other person even agreed to set the terms for it would qualify.

That was all about making sure Frank couldn't weasle out of the bet after he lost-nothing more.

Bought some equipment I can use at home and will be charting my progress working out and what I am
eating. Starting today. Good luck Ralph.

 I remember that 1st day soreness all too well. Enjoy plyo tomorrow. If you eat reasonably clean you will definetly see results. Good luck, only 89 days more to go.

Man it is awful. Taking a shower afterwards about killed me and it hurts just put my hands up on the computer keyboard.

Today was our first weigh in for the biggest loser contest. Lost 10 lbs. This P90x stuff is kicking my tail, but it is worth it.

Been roughly counting calories and watching what I eat and logging calories burned at the gym just to keep
myself accountable. Lost 4 lbs last week. Got a call from a buddy who lives in town nearby to my place and
he invited me to work out with him 3 or 4 times a week in which I can get in free as a guest so started that
this week. Not expecting to see large losses like last week but I can continually shed weight each week I am
good with that.

P90x yoga sucks donkey balls.

Lost 14 lbs since joining the contest and have lost a total of 20lbs since being at my largest a couple months ago.

Keep it up RFDC. I am still hitting the gym 5 times a week but I think I need to crank up the intensity a
little bit. I have been eating better but have easily identified where I could be doing better and will ratchet
that down starting tonight.

:D it is a marathon not a sprint. And the person ahead of me is lazy and not exercising much, just relying on dieting. She will fold eventually. And several others have already started to fade. Probably 10 people either gained or stayed the same over the last 2 weeks, which is fine by me. You have to pay a dollar into the pot when that happens.

Nice work RFDC. Since I picked up a workout partner I have been going to the gym 4 or 5 times a week
and feeling better. Weight not coming off real fast but I would rather consistiently tick off a pound or two
each week. Clothes fitting better and I am actually looking better in the mirror. I won't pull a spmack and
subject you all to myself, you'll just have to trust me.

Down 17lbs so far. Need to really start working out. This was accomplished with diet only and it has started to hit a wall.

Good work. My weight loss has completely stalled even though I go to the gym 5 times a week for 90
minutes each time. 45 minutes cardio and 45 lifting. I know it is likely my diet but I am not discouraged.
I am not putting on weight and I feel great which is the best part for me. Good job Ralphus.

Finished up p90x deal. Now just doing some weight work 3 days a week and playing basketball 2-3 times a week for cardio.

Down 35lbs and almost 13% from starting weight and in 1st place of the biggest loser contest. We have one more weigh in on April 26th.
