Chus, where do you go? I do want to try the 120 once at least.

They had a shit load of them at Binnys in Glen Ellyn today.

Thanks for the heads up - Bloomingdale had none - I was looking at the Dogfish offerings and saw the new gluten free offering but no 120.

Lucky bastard. Bloomingdale still has about 12 cases. 2 sixer limit. (Thanks HV)

I went to the Bloomingdale Binny's about an hour after you posted this, and got 2-sixers. There was only about a case and half left on the floor.

Also bought a sixer of Laguinitas Sucks.

So they still had Sucks? Every place I've checked has been out. I should call them tomorrow. Wouldn't be too far to drive there after work.

Its probably gone now.

Dagummit. Alright. I would offer Hopslam since I have two sixers still, but that seems like too much.

Stopped by Jewel this morning to grab breakfast and decided to check out the beer. Bam! One lonely sixer of Lagunitas Sucks sitting there. Now, if only my office were beer-drinking friendly. Alas, it will have to wait until the weekend.

They had one more sixer in the case on Sunday. Not sure if still there but it was in the 'new beers' cooler on the left.

Decided to stop by Bed, Bath, & Beyond over lunch to check out their beer selection, since they have a World Market inside the store. Got a sixer of this. Think I'm set for a couple months. I'll try to post what's in my fridge tonight

Did not notice. Lagunitas Sucks update: apparently Dominick's in Bartlett has a ton of it.

I didn't see a ton, but I did grab two sixers.

Watching "The Dan Patrick Show" every morning on DIRECTV's Audience 239 & NBC Sports Network, DIRECTV 220, they've been hawking this RedHook brand for quite sometime. Dan's also got his own RedHook called Audible Ale, but I don't know where to find it around these parts...

I don't know anything about Audible Ale, but you can find Red Hook ESB at Binny's and other fine retailers.

Check your local grocer's refrigerated section, but be careful, your grocer may wield an ax if he sees a stranger in his house, checking out his beer seletion.

So in this thread alone there are 50 some beer recommendations by people here with respected taste buds, but you don't take any of that advice. Instead you wait for a shill from Dan Patrick on a beer brand owned by Budweiser/InBev now. Who you crappin SHARK? Stop being the advertising mark those peddlers love to sell to!

I had the Half Acre Over Ale this weekend. Nice beer. It's a brown ale that combines a rich maltiness with enough hops to make it interesting. Good drinkability, although not in the same league as the brewery's most famous product, Daisy Cutter Ale.

They also had some Lagunitas Sucks at the Whole Foods in Wheaton. Picked up a sixer there on Saturday.

Liquor store by my house has Dogfish 120 at $11.99 for a 12 oz. Anyone here had it? Just wondering if it's worth trying or not. Price is ridiculous, but I could be coerced into getting one.

It's really good. I bought two, so I could drink one, and cellar one.

Alesmith has hit the shelves in DeKalb. I can only assume this means that Chicago has had it for a month or two at this point.

Just had my first one tonight. $14 for a bottle at a local restaurant.

Pleasantly surprised that it wasn't as sweet as I expected given the alcohol content. Definitely a sipping beer but I enjoyed it.

Yes there and at the HyVee. Talked to the guy at Lundeens, he said they are only getting in one shipment a month as a sort of test roll out and will likely get increased shipments based on the sales numbers they are doing so far. Their Speedway Stout and IPA were gone in a few days.

Lagunitas Sucks is starting to get into my top 5 beers. I've really enjoyed these beers - perfectly balanced.

Finally had a Dogfish 120 this weekend - I enjoyed it, very complex. I have one more bottle that I'm putting in the crawlspace for later consumption. I picked up a Dogfish 75 - I'll have that this weekend.

I have had the 60, 90, and 120, but not the 75.

I'll give you a review this weekend. Whole Foods in Schaumburg had some so did Binnys in Bloomingdale.

I walked into Whole Foods this weekend and Dogfish Head had a tap takeover. 5 bucks got me a 90 on tap and a glass. The marketing guys were cool to talk to.
