Apparently the '96 Wings had 131 points in 82 games, the '77 Habs had 132 in 80. So there you go. For reference, the 76-77-78-79 Habs had the rare championship four-peat, which was then followed by a second four-peat by Long Island, which in turn was followed by the Oilers winning five of the next seven with two Flames/Habs Finals amidst them.
