mike philbin was a serial rapist so karma and all but the details of his death by drowning after a night out
fit the profile of many of these cases. being in or near wisco being one element in common. philbin, like others, was also kicked out of a bar by himself due to ostensibly being over served. and then ended up in the river. the account of philbin's evening does not lead to the easy conclusion that he should've been that drunk, but he apparently suddenly started acting so....maybe somebody slips some ghb into these guys drinks and they get more effed up then they realize ("I only had 2 beers, I can't be that drunk") and that is how they meander into the Mississippi or wherever.

I've never tried ghb, isn't it mostly a gay thing to do ghb recreational? friends who have done it

Can we ban bodies of water? Sure rivers are fun, but there's the off chance some kid out there could wander into a pond/river/lake/(gasp)ocean and then drown. Haven't we advanced as a civilization enough to prevent the tragedy of water based deaths? I have a poll right here that says that 93% of americans are against water-related-deaths, so I think it's time to have some serious water control and finally get rid of these bodies of water that have been plaguing our society since its inception. STOP THE NEEDLESS DEATH.

Also, all that crap about natural selection where George Carlin postulated that the kid who eats too many marbles doesn't grow up to have kids of his own is a bunch of crap. Ban bodies of water NOW.
