He already said he doesn't have the time to, you know, work his way up in the industry he so dearly wants to be a part of. Just wants it handed to him.

Scooter, you did run over that kid with your riding lawnmower, and there were witnesses. Spada did the best he could for you, but he's no miracle worker.

Why do you guys give Spada such a rough ride? I've never seen him go after anyone here or get ugly with anyone. I don't get it. If beating people up on an internet message board make you feel better about yourself, them perhaps you should reconsider your outlook on life & others. This thread reads like a bunch of 3rd graders.

What about shit talking Mitch Rosen and then going back to the Score to be an advertiser? Does that count? Would it count for you if Mitch Rosen was a woman?

The guy is a successful small business owner who provides a highly desired service. That is held up for ridicule here. He is also pursuing his dream on the side and seems to be pretty succesful at it for a guy working out of his basement. I wouldn't go quite as far as saying he is a hero, but it is worthy of praise.

Bullshit. Either you're both joking or playing devil's advocate. You know very well why he's mocked here...

I thought he was a very good lawyer... from everything I've read.

And he sends me schedules, magnetic schedules mind you, which is nice.

And he never sent me Skittles.

I don't see a difference between his show threads and say Doug Frank and my show threads in which we try to get people to come out to see us. Except the one thing... so far no one who's come to see us died... well one guy almost did but he lived.

Ive always been on Spada's side.

Yes, he does and says stupid things sometimes, but he gets attacked more than Burbank Steve.

I tend to favor lawyers. Everyone hates em. I like em.

What dolphin wrote is true. Not the hero part, but he is a successful guy pursuing his dream

But that has nothing to do with anything. Has he ever posted a good sports thought? I can't remember one. He bashes radio guys because they don't advertise with him anymore. When they do, he stops the criticism. That shit is fake as hell. I don't really bash him. Some do. I mock. Mocking is more fun. Bashing is reserved for those that deserve it. I just don't take him seriously...

Fair enough.

Most of the posters who have to comment everytime he posts are comedic hacks and it offends me.

I think it annoys people that instead of buying a banner ad on here he uses this site 90% of the time just to promote at zero cost his podcasts. So bottom line is when you do that, you are fair game to get mocked and he has earned that privilege in spades.

If he was a poster with something provocative to say, he'd earn his stripes, but everything I have read from him is either bitterness or flat out stupid, such as this thread.

The day WGN hires The David Spada and pervert Elliot Harris is the day they join the long list of his "guests" who end up in the RIP section.

Here's hoping that "offends me" shit was said as a joke.
