You mean Pharmaceutical Sales, right? Hot chicks abound in that field. Tits, Ass and a pretty face + tons of money to throw at Dr's = success. It's a bit more complex than that but, whatever. Before the new regs and laws were put into place that field of sales was the wild west. A Dr gets 5k to speak at a conference about how awesome the drug he prescribes is and how he recommends it....before the speech the Dr. prescribed the drug a handful of times. Awesome.

Device sales, it really doesn't matter or have an effect on the outcome. At least not nearly as much pharma sales.
