I feel for you, and I can confirm for you that a house in the "sleepy" suburbs doesn't guarantee you anything better. In addition to similar hours-long loud group conversations outside at all hours, I regularly put up with:

drunken parties with outdoor stereo systems until 4am just about every weekend

at least a dozen metal scavengers casing the neighborhood with their loud pickup trucks from 10am til after midnight every garbage day

I live by a small airport, so the weekends feature a non-stop parade of either training or joyriding single engine planes circling the area. errrrrrrrrrrerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrerrrrrrrrr, for hours

several large barking dogs often left outside for hours. wooo wooooooooo woo woo woo woo woo woo woooooooooooo. Any and all hours of the day/night

several neighbors with old beaters with amazingly loud engines, idling in the driveway for 20, 30, 40 minutes at time, often with the booming stereo going full volume.

M-80's, (sometimes the full stick of dynamite, not just the ol' quarter-stick or half-stick variety), any day, any time, between June and September.

There's more, but, you get the idea. I don't know if there's any way to isolate oneself from the idiocy of the obnoxious American neighbor.

Sounds like Lake in the Hills back in the 70s.

So the past couple weeks have been relatively quiet as large polish guy hasn't been around much and the two other guys aren't loud mouthed assholes at all hours of the night on their cigarette breaks.

Well today I wake up at 5:24am to the sounds of yelling. One of the strung out Polish girls is crying/screaming at one of the smaller polish guys. He just stood there and took it without really saying anything. So eventually she storms off and I can go back to sleep. But of course I am now wide awake and can't sleep.

Large Polish asshole reappeared this morning after over a month of piece. 4:47 am to be precise he was outside smoking cigarettes talking on his phone. It must a welcome home party tonight because there are currently 11 people outside smoking cigarettes.

Pretty simple solution to this. You need to walk outside one night when he is out there stripped completely naked. Stand up against the wall, rock back and forth and say the word "Cuerva", which is the only Polish swear word I know. It will freak the hell out of him and his chicks and never come close to your house again.
