yeah IU has let them hang around way too much. If a couple of the recent 3's had fallen it would be a whole different game. IU just went on a little run and should be able to push through and win this one by 10-15 pts. Kudos to the Ilini tho they play extremely hard, but their shot selection is brutal

Yeah, I will give them that. They do play hard. Really need more size down low to spread the court more
efficiently and avoid heaving up bricks from all over. Inconsistent but I wouldn't want to have to play them
for a one and done tournament game, especially if they heat up offensively. I'd like too see 2 Big 10 teams
in the Final Four this year.

Paul has just basically checked out this 2nd half.

Does he do this often or is it just a result of IU playing him so hard

He's just on a bad 4-year streak of doing stuff like that.

 yeah.

I knew he had a history of it, but I guess I haven't watched him enough to see him doing it this year.

Is it his body language or is he just not hustling? It looked like he had a
good 1st half stat wise but nothing doing the 2nd half. Probably just frustrated.
Not sure he has what it takes to play at the end of the bench at the next level.
He could probably give a team a good 8-10 minutes a night or so if he were focused.

To add insult to injury, Victor Oladipo just did a two-handed 360 dunk, finishing a three on zero break for the Hoosiers.

It was just everything. He was not interested in doing anything. Even the announcers mentioned duringone set he was standing staring off

The Score seems to have taken the editorial position that the Illini are going to lose to Colorado.

The full time hosts were pretty embarassing today. Luckily they had guests and producers who had CBB knowledge.

Zaidman too. There is a "conventional wisdom" that spreads around the Score, e.g. Quenneville is excited he can coach again.

Bernstein was fine. Holmes was a trainwreck. If he had filter on his microphone to make it sound like a telephone I could've confused his thoughts with a caller's.

I trust the basketball of you, me, and Walt Williams Neck more than I trust that of those three.

The Illini must have watched some highlights of The U at halftime and decided they would pass on facing them Sunday.

Credit to them for getting their act together just in time. Good news is I don't think you have to worry about going to halftime with a 16 point lead over Miami.

It would be something if Illinois wins the same day that Weber, Self, and Kruger lose.
