It's their fourth consecutive tourney of losing to team seeded five or worse than G'Town's seed. Think you f'd yourself over by taking them.

I'm afraid to look at it. Its why I stopped paying for brackets. I'll never win, so why bother.

I get so sick of hearing about how great the Big East is. Most of these teams can't score, and get eliminated early. Pitt, ND, Cincy, G'Town. Most years Syracuse goes down early, unless they have Carmelo Anthony, Hakeem Warrick, or Gerry McNamara and his ten 3-pointers every game. UConn won a few titles, but we know that they were running as dirty a program as there is.

How about that classless flagrant foul when they were down 10 with a few seconds left? A player on G'Town punched an FGC player in the face, after failing to corral a rebound.

The Big 10 went 6-1 in the first round.

Georgetown has been a classless bunch for years.

Has that really happened a lot this year though? I mean, I'm sure you can find someone on ESPN who is singing their praises, but it's nowhere near the level of love the Big East got a few years ago...and the Big Ten is getting now.

Marquette should have lost, as well. I still can't figure out how Davidson blew that game.

i don't think people are as crazy about the BE as they were a few years ago as said...they've had bad tourney showings the past few years.

Georgetown got a #2, Marquette got a #3, and Syracuse got a #4. All were undeserved. Michigan got a #4, and a date with VCU in round 2. UM is better than all of those teams, and by a significant margin. VCU was their bitch today.

That was a perfect matchup for Michigan. Be careful about playing them against a physical team.
