I don't know about kicking the shit out of you, but yes, I won that league. I don't know how much of a feather in the cap that is, I think a lot of people forgot about that league and were on autopilot. I don't think I ever said a word about that league here, I wasn't quite sure anyone besides me knew it existed.

I spend $11 on a website and maybe $3 on a mag. Entry fees however, are a different story.

I spend well over $1000 each year and often subscribe to the same online site 3 or 4 times to make sure there are no login problems.

I wanted to use a new site this year but I just haven't heard of any new sites that might be providing fantasy football information. I could really use something to help me - especially with my game-time decisions. Oh well.

Don't draft Larry Johnson with a top 5 pick, he won't be in your lineup by the playoffs. There, give me 50 bucks.

A couple things one: Yes the Average person spends $154 based on a study down by DR. Kim Beason of the UNIV of Mississippi for the FSTA

Fantasy Sports Trade Association.

I am more than willing to rank our top 20's and keep track but it will be top 20 for QB's, RB's, WR's, TE's, Kickers and Defense's Units..... And we can agree on Scoring System........

So How many more posts before I start handing out beatings instead of just taking them.

I have met Grid, Slap Shot and Woodridge several times and Nas, once at Remote in Orland Park and I think it is safe to say they will tell I have my shit together when it comes to fantasy and the time I put into it.

It's more of a quality vs. quantity thing. Based on your work on here so far...I wouldn't hold your breath...

I'll see what I can do. I'm kind of a big deal around here.

Deep,
I for one think it's pretty cool that you are making a living at something that most of us do as a hobby, but as a pseudo celebrity on this board, expect to take a beating every now and again.
As much as I think that letting people know your real identity shows that you got balls, they will get busted more than an average "nobody" poster.

Maybe if you got a "Hood" avatar it would expedite the process of acceptance for some, but expect Stu to go after you.

As far as you hosting, I think that would be great as long as we don't have to pay for the service. It would be really interesting from your perspective to open up a competition like this to all the other "experts" to see who is king. A $100 buy in should create enough incentive for your group.

OK Deep. I'm done busting your balls. If Ed says you are good people, that's good enough for me. I reserve the right to bust your balls after busting you in your proposition "bet", though.

Better yet, may I suggest you enter Ryan's league? I (hope) I am in that one and would look forward to a mano-a-mano matchup. I could use a new rivalry to stir the juices. My epic matchups with Nas got a little boring last year....well...that is, until he finally delivered to me two beatdowns in our "2nd league" last year - beatdowns, by the way, which I so richly deserved.

The results of playing in a league do not really determine expertise. A lot of it has to do with the luck of the draw on draft position and free agency rules.

The best way is to have your top 20 by position and see how that scores out. That really gives an indication of how well you would do if you were stuck at every draft position.

I am in any league that has a open spot and has decent scoring rules.....
I got suckered into a league last year which I won but Kickers scored crazy amount of points. I thought for a second it was being run by TINY and his love for kickers. Any league that views a 30 Yard FG the same as TD I am out.......

As far beatings goes No worries I can take it and coming out and being honest about who I was I expected it.... and will continue to expect it.

Thanks again for allowing me to get my balls busted and look forward to the next kick in the grion when I mention WWW.GAM.... never mind.....

FFL year-round, everyday? Doesn’t leave much time for actual football, or other sports for that matter.

Though I guess if you love it enough, what the hell is the difference. I follow the NBA year-round, I just don’t expect to get it on my radio out of season.

Yeah, I know Frank, and outside of J Hood and Bernstein, there’s nobody that really does much for me when it comes to Bulls talk.
