As a fan I want to see him on the court but I don't fault him for being sure. Of course he's pissing off some fans and I'm sure some teammates but he shouldn't care about that when it comes to his health and his career. He has to be sure.

Here's my FWIW story regarding Rose:

Someone I know is friends with an employee of Dwight Howard, also an Adidas client. He said that Rose will not be back this year. Adidas does not want him to come back this year. Also said that the Bulls training staff "screwed up" Rose's rehab which set him back timewise.

Again, just telling you what I was told. I did not get this from Terry's guy.
