I don't have any actual knowledge of the personal feeling these guys have for each other. But I will say, if you listen to the show, it clearly comes across that Spiegel is an outsider among the gang.

Not yet.

As I said, there are plenty of legitimate reasons to dislike Candyman. There's no need to invent one.

Spiegs is the daytime Larry. Bad. At the least Spiegs has an opinion on most matters and does not fall into parrot mode as Sir Larry of la land does every show he is on with a host of higher statute.

I don't think that tweet was anything crazy. And I wish I could see the reply that torch sent.

My tweet was semi-in jest. I simply wrote something like 'nice stereotyping, two Asian guys can be two different people? Shocking!'. Yes, I made my twitter private, b/c apparently the man has sad fan boys (who get the moistureizer whenever he tweets them back) who may have also tried to report me after he tweeted his response. The saddest thing is when someone tweets you back and then blocks you. But then to find out my twitter got suspended was lame. He could've simply sent his reply and left it at that. I didn't think his tweet or my reply was that big of a deal, it's not even worth bumping this thread (but just wanted to update since I don't visit here often). Surprisingly thin skin for someone in his line of work.

It isn't difficult to determine who is in the club & who isn't. As I mentioned previously, Meatpants is the most disliked Score host since Murph. The Score guys think he is a tool.

It's all academic. CBS national has made it clear that WSCR 670 the Score has to make room in their lineup for national programming, and it's going to be mid-days. Lower cost, higher ad revenue to run national guys during non-drive time slots.

Mully and Hanley are likely safe, as no one wants their time slot, except maybe Les.

Mac is already making noises about doing drive time at WGN. Presumably a negotiating ploy to get drive time at WSCR.

In all likelihood, WSCR tries a 3 man booth during afternoon drive time later this year. Which means there's at least 1 regular SCORE host looking for microphone time.

If Mac plays hardball with Mitch, you might see Boers, Bernstein and....Spiegel.

If that happens, look for a Mac and Jurko reunion on WGN to go up against B&BS.

There is no way that you really believe that Boers, Bernstein & Spiegel would ever be a threesome on the Score. B&B would never let that happen, & Mitch would never consider it.

True, but Mitch at least needs to be able to say that with a straight face to Mac...which, on second thought, probably would result in uncontrollable laughter from Mac.

There's positioning going on leading into this Summer's negotiations. Spiegel isn't really helping his cause or Mitch's.
