Wasn't someone bitching a few weeks ago about CVS only having self-checkouts open? This wouldn't happen if this woman was dealing with a computer. Computers aren't racist.

Ive never been a victim of that kind of thing, so I dont feel comfortable saying what its worth but I dont blame this woman one bit.

Its not like she took a dive to sue a building or burnt herself with coffee.

The jury in the McD's coffee burn case awarded the lady $160K compensatory and then hit McD's with a $2.7 mil punitive judgment b/c they had like 700 cases of folks getting burnt with coffee and not doing much about it.

If this is something of a pattern with CVS stores around the country/planet, then maybe she can sell a jury a million dollar punitive damages award.

Would guess the case gets settled for far enough into 6 figures for the attorneys to get paid and for the lady to get $100K+ herself--unless she's really out to prove a point.
