I still have no idea how the supposedly great competitor Rose can sit there and watch this.

The Bulls through out their history have had a reputation for playing hard to the last whistle. Tonight was a whole other matter. Amazing victory and I hope Nate Robinson lights up the Heat for 25 pts a game while Rose sits there like a bitch.

Gotta be one of the greatest individual games in Chicago Bulls playoff history

Joakim Noah backs up guarantee: 5th player with 20 Pts, 10 Reb, 5 Blks in Game 7 win (Garnett, Mutombo, Ewing, Hayes) Source @EliasSports

He has solidified himself as a legit All Star with his performance in this game.

Rose might be trashing his rep but Joakim is making his.

Good for him. He's earned it.

I thought the key to the game was the Bulls getting a lead to start the game. They came out with a lot of energy and got a big lead at the half. The two biggest players for the Bulls were Noah and Belinelli. Noah played out of his mind scoring 24 points with no free throws attempted. Belinelli hit 4 big free throws at the end of the game and he hit a big 3 toward the end.

I think Nate Robinson was fairly bad in this one. He only scored 12 points on 14 shots with 4 assists. I have no idea how many points the Nets scored with whoever Nate was supposed to be guarding, but I bet it was a lot. Toward the end of the game he jacked up some bad shots and dribbled out the clock.

Another key was getting some solid contribution from the bench with Teague and Cook. Thibodeau only played those guys since the team was so shorthanded and needed to rest Robinson and Belinelli. Jimmy Butler played solid defense for all 48 minutes, but his offensive game has been sputtering a bit.

Overall, I liked this game because with Thibodeau it's always about team basketball. He didn't care who was playing. He still expected them to win.

I'm predicting the Bulls steal game 1 in Miami. Not saying they will win the series, but they will steal game 1.

Congratulations to the Bulls. They deserved this. They went out and TOOK it. Very ballsy performances from everyone who played and what else can you say about Thibs? Guy just gets the most out of his players.

Hell yes he does. If I told you a team whose best pure scorer was Gallinari (I know - debatable, but still...) and that three starters would be out for the last two games, and they would STILL make the Eastern Conference Semis, you'd call me nuts. Thibs continues to do it with less firepower.

I can't help that they all sound like different types of pasta.
