Not related to today's game, but Gavin Floyd's season is over. He will undergo Tommy John Surgery.

  I didn't think he was in that bad of shape. Not a good time to get hurt because he will miss the first half of next season as well.....though most of you probably like that.

Should i share my chiropractor's number with him SHARK?

That won't be necessary. Peavy is good to go Wednesday vs. the Mets in Queens, NY. As always, you know what that means without the DH in the NL park. Dunn? Konerko? Who sits?

BTW SHARK, I spent Friday evening with my new nephew Declan.

Hawk should be commended for his professionalism in not going off on the umps.

Well, Hawk got a tongue lashing after what happened to Jose Quintana in St. Petersburg last year vs. the Rays.

I'm cool with this season being bad to mediocre. I'm going to my 4th game on Saturday, and 2 of the 3 games so far I've had a blast at. I'll just try to enjoy my time at the ballpark and hope for the best.

He's the lovechild of Jerry Lawler & basketball analyst Bob Wenzel. Still, Cooper is awfully crabby whenever he's on with "Mully & Hanley" once a week & his daily segment with Rongey on the White Sox Radio Network pregame 35 minutes before first pitch.

Bases loaded for Paulie.

SHARK, Cooper does not look like Jerry Lawler. I'm sorry, you're way off on that one.

Bases loaded, no outs, and the Sox will not score.

I can't believe that was the first double play Paulie has hit into this season.

Double play, ground out, single to tie the game, go ahead run thrown out at home, Royals leadoff man in the 9th homers to win it for them 2-1, Jerry Lawler cries.

We should get two wins for winning this game twice.

Also, Sale with a real good day. Steve free zone for a few days!

Steve,

You are a guy in his forties, on a week end no less, trying to bait other grown ups about their favorite baseball team, on a message board with maybe 200 regular posters.

Are you sure your life is as good as you claim it is?

If you noticed, the post was made at almost 7pm and was the lone post of the day by me. I didn't get to watch much television, as I was golfing, but we did get to see the last couple of innings of the sox game in the bar afterwards. Nice way to end the afternoon.
